Certain persons unconnected with us have been masquerading as officials of Iconic EnviroTech Private Limited and are making business proposals to companies and individuals using fake email IDs other than ending with “@iconicenvirotech.com". These business proposals are in respect of raising funds, proposed mergers and acquisitions and jobs at higher management level. While making some of these proposals it is being wrongly portrayed that these proposals are made by our company registered in India. These communications have nothing whatsoever to do with us and are obviously intended to deceive the recipients. Iconic EnviroTech Private Limited only use email IDs ending with “@iconicenvirotech.com”. Email IDs ending with other domain name are never used by our Company. A criminal complaint will be filed by our Company against any person who was found to be using fake email IDs other than ending with “@iconicenvirotech.com”. You are advised not to enter into any correspondence or transactions of any nature whatsoever on the basis of a communication received by you from any email ID except “@iconicenvirotech.com”. Such correspondence or transaction will not bind us in any manner whatsoever. Kindly notify us in case of any fraud at fraud@iconicenvirotech.com if you receive any communication purporting to be from Iconic EnviroTech Private Limited from email ID ending other than “@iconicenvirotech.com”
